New Sunday Evening Swim Session

For the next couple of months we have a 25m lane or 2 (or possibly 3 or 4 depending on take up) at Uxbridge pool on Sunday evenings from 1700 to 1800.  Ideal apres-bike recovery session and there's nothing on telly!
