Anyone got any good ideas for a training plan for the Ballbuster? or any tips for race day?

BB is a great event. Having survived it 3 times, my tips would be for the event itself don't go out too mad on the first run, and then make sure you feed and hydrate well on the bike. I did a 'mini' version of it 2 or 3 weeks out - 1 lap run/1 bike/ 1 run - too.
Good luck!

Thanks Paul

I have been over to box hill twice now but i think i will get one more visit in before the race and do that 1xrun 1xbike 1xrun. Also does anyone have any good nutrition stategies for the race itself? i am thinking wearing a water pack on my back for the whole race along with 5 gels. Bit OTT or good idea? Feedback please?
